Delivery and shipping
Find out everything you need to know about delivery, delivery times, prices and any extra requirements.
The preparation of orders takes 24-36 hours (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) from receipt of payment. After preparation, orders are delivered to the recipient iwithin 7 working days on average. As soon as the goods leave our warehouses, you will receive an email with the tracking to monitor the status of the shipment.
If no one is present at the time of delivery, the courier leaves a paper notice and will attempt delivery twice in the next two days.
If these two attempts fail, the goods go into storage, for which a penalty of £10.00 + VAT is due.
If you think you will not be at home at the time of delivery, please leave a note in the space provided before concluding your order indicating the persons to whom the courier may leave the goods (a neighbour or family member). This will help us to avoid the goods ending up in storage.
We advise you to check the parcels before signing, if you have any doubts accept "WITH RESERVE", otherwise, in case of problems, we cannot make a refund.
After delivery you have 10 days to check the material and to contact us in the event of any problems (e.g. missing or unsuitable items, etc.).
In the event that the products ordered are not immediately available, we will contact you to find alternatives or arrange deferred deliveries.
The delivery times are to be considered indicative and not binding, therefore, in any case of force majeure or fortuitous event, Ciceris s.r.l. will not be responsible for the delay of the delivery.
Shipments are made by GLS courier.
