Big pancake: recipe for the high pancake egg free for breakfast

This is the Big pancake! The high pancake without egg whites for breakfast that can be filled with Ciceris with Cocoa or Ciceris Nocciolina with Hazelnut and flavored with many different flavors such as cinnamon, turmeric, dried fruit!

We give you the basic recipe, you put your imagination in it!

Ingredients for 1 tall pancake without egg whites:

35 gr wholemeal flour
15 gr rice flour
60 gr banana

1 teaspoon of baking powder
a pinch of salt
vegetable milk to taste for a soft mixture (about half a glass)

To garnish: 1 teaspoon of unsweetened cocoa dissolved in water

Method:

Combine the wholemeal flour, rice flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Stir and pour in the vegetable milk until the mixture is soft but not liquid and without lumps.

Cut the banana into small pieces and pour it into the dough.

Grease a 14 cm diameter pan and pour the mixture.

Cover the pan with a lid or saucer and put on the heat over very low heat for 12 minutes.

Using a spatula, turn the pancake and cook on the other side for 3 minutes, always on a very low heat.

Let the tall pancake rest without egg whites so that it can lose heat and moisture, when it is warm it can be cut into slices, spread with Ciceris al Cacao and tasted.
