Crunchy crumble with Cocoa hummus Ciceris

Recipe for the easiest chocolate crumble in the world!

Are you ready to prepare a super snack? With Ciceris al Cacao you can prepare a fabulous crumble in 15 minutes to offer to your friends!
Don't you know what crumble is? This is a cake made with shortcrust pastry crumbs, a crunchy shell for a delicious filling!


150 grams of wholemeal flour
1 pinch of turmeric (just for the color)
60 gr corn oil
75 gr or raw sugar
30 ml of plantbased milk
half a teaspoon of baking powder
a pinch of salt
1 jar of hummus Ciceris al Cacao


Combine the flour with sugar, yeast, salt and turmeric, mixing with your fingers. Add the oil and vegetable milk and form small crumbs with a fork.

Place part of the crumbs on the bottom of an 18 cm cake pan and press lightly with your fingers. Pour Ciceris al Cacao evenly over the base and cover with the rest of the crumbs. Always remember not to press too hard with your fingers.

Bake at 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes and enjoy with friends :D
