Hazelnut and honey cream: Ciceris Nocciolina and how to use it in the kitchen

125 gr wholemeal flour
40 ml corn oil
40 gr raw sugar
30 ml plantbased milk
30 gr cocoa powder
a pinch of salt
half teaspoon of yeast
1 jar of Ciceris Nocciolina
combine the whole wheat flour with brown sugar, bitter cocoa and a pinch of salt. Add the corn oil and vegetable milk. Knead until you have a workable mixture.
Roll out the dough in the tart molds, taking care to leave some left over to decorate the surface.
Pour Ciceris Nocciolina over the base and flatten well with the back of a spoon.
With the leftover mix, create small decorations for the surface.
You can make small hearts, circles or stripes, whatever your imagination suggests!
Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 180 ° and enjoy in company: D
