Tart with strawberries and hummus with cocoa Ciceris | CicerisBio


Ciceris' cuisine always brings you great surprises! Today we offer you a wonderful combination of flavors and textures, because the cocoa shortcrust pastry shell in the recipe welcomes the chocolate hummus cream , creating an unforgettable taste experience!

Ingredients:

125 gr of wholemeal flour
40 ml of corn oil
40 gr of cane sugar
30 ml of vegetable milk
30 gr of unsweetened cocoa
Half a teaspoon of baking powder

For the filling:

1 jar of chickpea cream Ciceris al Cacao < / a>
Fresh strawberries

Procedure :

Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well to avoid lumps. Add vegetable milk and corn oil to create a workable dough.

Roll out the dough into a small rectangular 20 x 8 cm pan and prick the bottom with a fork.

Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Leave to cool and add the jar of Ciceris al Cacao Spreading it on the base with the back of a spoon. Cover with fresh strawberries.

The tart is ready to be enjoyed! : D
